Big Loft with terrace简介

Located in the center of Barcelona, in the Poblenou - Vila Olímpica area, the Big Imasd Loft is a 400 m2 industrial warehouse renovated into a two-floor design loft with terrace and patio.

It is an open-space and versatile location, with natural light and high ceilings that facilitate filming and the use of tripods. It has the following areas/environments:

- Main space on the first floor of 200 square meters
- Open-space kitchen space with dining room on the top floor that overlooks the main patio. Ideal for show cooking, gastro events...
- 4 rooms (3 of them open onto a terrace)
- 3 bathrooms of different styles
- Mediterranean-style main terrace with outdoor furniture
- Patio with small wooden pool
- Garage with Volkswagen Caravan from the 60s

Air-conditioned and with 15k electrical power, the space is fully prepared and equipped for shootings, filming, workshops, showrooms, markets, pop up stores, product presentations and all kinds of social events and/or corporate meetings.

It has an entrance at street level to facilitate the entry of equipment and garage. In addition, the Volkswagen Caravan is also available for productions (see conditions).
